Custom Manufacturing

MAC Surgical offers a wide range of services catering for surgical and medical device manufacturing, with many years of experience with titanium, cobalt chrome, stainless steel and plastic instruments and implants. Our well equipped facility can provide CNC turning, CNC milling, spark eroding, stainless steel TIG welding, laser marking, passivation and wire cutting.

Service & Repairs

MAC Surgical’s premises are equipped to repair and service a multitude of surgical instruments and other medical devices. MAC specialises in the testing and repair of medical hose and the general service and sharpening of surgical implements.
