MAC Surgical offers a wide range of services catering for surgical and medical device manufacturing. These include CNC turning, CNC milling, spark eroding, stainless steel TIG welding, laser marking, passivation and wire cutting.

MAC Surgical is accredited to ISO 13485 with scope to ‘Design, manufacture and repair surgical instruments.’ This comprehensive quality management system demonstrates our ability to provide design and manufacturing services that consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and related services.

Through the use of 3D modelling and high tech machinery, we can go from concept through to prototype and production in time frames unachievable by overseas manufacturers.

We manufacture many commonly used instruments. Some of these items are also carried as stock.
